• Takehiru Hamou: Takehiru Hamou is neither a Gate or a Phantom. In the original timeline, Takeru was a young computer engineer who was nearly killed by a freakish monster in an attempt to cause his friend to be consumed with despair. Clinging to his remaining consciousness, Takeru witnessed the arrival of a red armor-clad individual who announced themselves as a magician. Defeating the monster, the red magician using a magical ring to jump into his friend was the last thing Takeru saw before passing out.
Waking up in the hospital, Takeru learned his friend the monster targeted was perfectly fine and could recall the intervention of the magician. Curious about the events that transpired, Takeru begun to research on the recent rumors of a magician and the monsters they fought. When visiting the location of the reported attack, Takeru found and collected various colorful stones that emitted a strange sense to them.
After two years of tinkering, Takeru was finally able to rig together the equipment needed to simulate the stones without mana and transformed into a form similar to the red magician. Putting together that the magician helped prevent certain people from transforming to monsters, Takeru decided that he wanted to do the same, starting his own crusade as the vigilante Kamen Rider Magitek. While he would never meet the red magician again, Takeru would meet various people with mystical backgrounds who would aid his ventures, such as a magic stone jeweler and a kindhearted Leviatek Phantom who agreed to lend her magical abilities to him.
In the Redux Timeline, magic is more prevalent in the world. Phantoms are also more natural, being able to evolve from Ghouls, though these Phantoms are slightly weaker than those born from a Gate. With the threat of Phantoms ever-present, society established specialized institutions of magicians to fight the threat.
Takeru still experienced many of the early events that led to his role as Magitek, including his natural inability to use magic and creating the Magitek emulation system. However, much of these events occurred during his teenage years instead of his young adult years. Things diverged when Takeru, fighting as Magitek, is approached by the headmaster of the West Magician Academy. The headmaster explained Magitek's actions as an unofficial magician is be against the law, normally punished by destroying the Gate's inner Phantom and rendering them normal. But Takeru's non-magical abilities has instead captured the headmaster's intrigue. The headmaster offered Takeru a deal: in exchange of ignoring his vigilante activities and not seizing his equipment, Takeru must attend and graduate from the West Magician Academy. With not many options, Takeru accepted these terms.
As the only non-magically gifted magician in attendance, Takeru is often shunned by his peers and a few of his professors. However, Takeru was well adapted to the flow of study, showing great proficiency in gemology. Takeru can often be found making adjustment to his MT01 Driver or polishing magic stones.
After a rather explosive incident that left himself injured, Takeru finds himself with memories and experiences of the original timeline. This caused a few oddities, s
uch as becoming absurdly more experience compared to his peers and noticing that one of his teachers is the original human form of the Leviatek Phantom (not realizing that she has also recovered her original memories).

Equipment
• MT01 Driver: Transformation device
• MT Rings: Gives access to Wizard's form changes and spells, depending on which style the ring is
- Pyro Ring: Activates Pyro Illusion for Magitek. This ring also acts as a Driver On Ring.
- Aqua Ring: Activates Aqua Illusion for Magitek.
- Tornado Ring: Activates Tornado Illusion for Magitek.
- Gaia Ring: Activates Gaia Illusion for Magitek.
- Disaster Ring: Formed by combining the Aqua, Tornado, and Gaia Rings. Activates Disaster Illusion for Magitek.
- Sorrow Ring: A ring completely made of mana when Hamou made a deal with Leviatek. Activates Sorrow Illusion for Magitek.
- Shatter Ring: Creates corporal copies of Magitek or his weapon.
- Hack Ring: Allows Magitek to control a part of a Phantom's body.
- Trojan Ring: Allows Magitek to enter objects and hide there.
- Worm Ring: Infects a Phantom with a virus that will cause it to lose control of their body and abilities.
- Link Ring: Enable Magitek to enter a person's Underworld.
- Final Strike Ring: Allows Magitek to execute a Rider Punch or Rider Kick based off his current Illusion.
- UFO Ring: Summons then powers the White UFO PlaMonster (with a corporal alien).
- Leviathrise Ring: Summons the Leviatek in an Underworld.
- Disguise Ring: (Hamou) Changes the wearer's clothes into an outfit appropriate. (Leviatek) Suppress the wearer's Phantom/Kaijin side while maintaining their abilities.
- Application Ring: Allows Magitek to activate various spell based off thought. Up to five spells can be used by the ring. Spells must be decided every 24 hours and can only be used once per cycle. [Phrased as ___ APP, LOADING]
