Bio: Not much is known about Jekyll because he lost his memories. Jekyll, for some reason, has the ability to access the Gaia Library

Bio: Same as W's Sokichi, but still alive.

Name: Shotaro Hidari
Bio: Unlike W's Shotaro, this Shotaro starts out as a coward. Though he wants to be like Sokichi, he doesn't have the courage to fight beside him. Becoming Kamen Rider Joker signifies as a growth of his character.

Kamen Rider Nasca Level II (Blue)/Level III (Red)
Name: Kirihiko Sudo
Bio: After learning that his brother-in-law is experimenting the Yesterday Gaia Memory on his sister, Kirihiko made a pact with Sokichi and Jekyll. By helping them fight against Raito, in return Sokichi and Jekyll will help him find and free his sister.

Kamen Rider Fang/Fang Xtreme
Name: Raito Sonozaki
Bio: Raito is the head of Gaia Memories distribution. He wants to kill Jekyll for an unknown reason.
